The Well's programs elegantly combine aspects of mindfulness, movement, art and connection for all ages. It's signature program is Mindful Music Moments, a national program that combines mindful, creative prompts with world-class orchestra, jazz, world and new music for daily use in schools and organizations.
Mindful Poetry Moments centers poems along with mindful prompts for contemplation and writing, particularly during April, National Poetry Month. True Body Project and its sister curriculum, My True SELF, combine mind-body wellness with arts and self knowledge.
Whether you encounter a Well program in your school, workplace, organization, virtually, or at in-person with The Well in Cincinnati, Ohio, we hope you will find joy, ease and community with us.
