The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. We thrive on collaboration, social innovation and learning from the lived experienced of those we serve.
The Well's programs elegantly combine aspects of mindfulness, movement, art and connection for all ages. It's signature program is Mindful Music Moments, a national program that combines mindful, creative prompts with world-class orchestra, jazz, world and new music for daily use in schools and organizations.
Mindful Poetry Moments centers poems along with mindful prompts for contemplation and writing, particularly during April, National Poetry Month. True Body Project and its sister curriculum, My True SELF, combine mind-body wellness with arts and self knowledge.
Whether you encounter a Well program in your school, workplace, organization, virtually, or at our Well Space in Camp Washington, Ohio, we hope you will find joy, ease and community with us.
Join Mindful Music Moments
Our program combines mindful & creative prompts with 3 minutes of orchestral, jazz, world, and new music into 40 weeks of daily audio and video journeys.

At The Well, our trainings and workshops reflect best practices in mind-body, somatic and healing arts practices. Which means YOUR lived experience is as important as anything else we cover.
Would you like to be guided into a sustainable mindfulness practice? The Well team will support you in private sessions until you find your own easeful stillness. Appointments available January 2024.
