Sankofa (SAHN-koh-fah) – Sankofa is a Twi word from the Akan Tribe of Ghana that loosely translates to, “go back and get it.”
The trainings and workshops of The Well honor the innate wisdom of the mind, body and individual cultural rituals to remember and know how to heal and thrive. So while frameworks, best practices and thoughtful pedagogy are presented for study and cohesion, your individual lived experience is highly valued in our process.
