True Body Project, The Well's first program created in 2005, is an award-winning, trauma-informed, social-emotional learning, mind-body experiential practice centered on addressing chronic stress and trauma through the use of mindful, somatic, and expressive and healing arts practices that empower participants to find comfort and freedom in their bodies as they move through the human experience.
Take the stress out of your day by learning a few simple ways to regulate your entire being toward thriving. The Well will share several techniques that are proven to support resilience and provide additional, takeaway digital tools to help you remember the practices when home.
