The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
Since 2020, The Well has hosts virtual Mindful Poetry Gatherings weekly during April for our National Poetry Month Signature Experience and monthly during our Fall/Winter season. The format is simple. In each session, we meditate, consider a single poem, receive a prompt, write, and then share with the group. Poems generated during April can be submitted for our annual anthology publication of poetry from around the world!
