The Wellness Garden
The Wellness Garden by resident artist Julia O. Bianco needs you. Volunteer, donate, learn with us.
Imagine an entire school ā students, teachers, and administrators ā taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

The Well has been a welcoming place for all kinds of voices and talents. I was honored to be part of the April [Mindful Poetry Gatherings] and look forward to doing it again next year. Having a sacred space for creatives to encourage and inspire one another is a gift for our community, and it has strongly motivated me in my own writing journey. I love that The Well seeks to bring people together from all seasons of life in a beautiful and unique way and Iām so thankful it exists!

I know a lot of my friends, my classmates, they often feel intimidated by poetry, they're scared that poetry has too many rules or that they're not able to decipher what, what a poem means. What I think makes Mindful Poetry Moments so beautiful is that it offers a chance for individuals of all ages, to just take the chance to pause and reflect upon a poem and realize how they can discover truths about themselves and how poems really just exist all around us.
Rimel Kamran, 2023 Co-Curator, Cincinnati OH, April 2023
I just want to thank you for how your work with Mindful Poetry Moments has positively impacted my students. It truly was a treasured and important part of our classroom last year. I also shared with my families on my classroom newsletter and encouraged them to connect with their children through the music & poetry. Thank you for making the world of education and the world in general a better place.

What a beautiful, warm book launch. I really felt we were there with you all in the library. Brilliantly done. Those Mindful Poetry Moments are powerful inspirations!
