About the Program

This professional development session is designed to support educators' well-being while deepening their understanding of student behavior and emotional regulation. Participants will explore the science behind stress and dysregulation, gain practical tools for self-care, and learn strategies to foster emotional regulation in both themselves and their students—especially during challenging times.
