Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.

The My True SELF curriculum is a versatile, evidence-based framework designed to foster social-emotional excellence in both school and out-of-school environments. By integrating this curriculum consistently, partners see a transformative shift in student behavior and self-awareness. To ensure every child receives the right level of support, we utilize Aperture’s DESSA-mini as a universal screening tool, allowing educators to monitor progress with data-driven precision and turn potential challenges into milestones of growth.
The results of this intentional approach are measurable and remarkable. Data from our 23/24 programming reveals a significant decrease in the percentage of students requiring intensive behavioral support, alongside a substantial increase in students achieving normative values for social-emotional competence. By bridging the gap between clinical assessment and daily classroom life, My True SELF empowers students to move beyond "high-need" status and unlock their full potential for lifelong success.

Using the MTS program, we measured the change in Social-Emotional competence at Kennedy Heights Art Center CR8 club over one year using the Devereux Student Strengths Assessment to measure impact.

Our partners at UpSpring adopted the My True SELF curriculum, and measured the socio-emotional competence progress of their entire school year with the Devereux Student Strengths Assessment to measure the amazing impact.
