Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.

Mindful Music Moments is having a profound impact on students and educators across the country. Each year, we survey our schools and organizations for direct testimony and to provide feedback about its effectiveness, relevance, and improvements. The surveys include both quantitative and qualitative data from students and teachers.

We're also honored to be featured in numerous news articles for our work in schools and special new music commission projects.
This program gives students—and just as importantly, teachers—a moment of stillness and reflection. These exercises are designed to meet them exactly where they are and give them the skills to compassionately respond, not just simply react.
