About The WellPrograms & Events
We work to nourish our community with programs (generally they have a beginning and end date or time) and in ongoing practices, both virtual in person. Come to The Well. Find the nourishment you need.

Our stories live at the heart of art, connection and healing. Here are some of ours.

True Body Project is a program that is challenging to describe yet provides deep, playful connection to self and others. We have been sharing True Body Embodiment Practices since 2005 with individuals of all ages, genders and across many cultures.
This is your opportunity to experience activities in the categories of mindfulness, somatics, movement, meaning making and play. Always fun, often deep, much loved.
Join us virtually or in person. By donation.
Bring an open heart, pen and paper and wear comfy clothes for light movement.
NOTE for in person attendance:
There is plenty of street parking at our office. If you need help getting up one flight of stairs, please let us know in advance.
