Are you curious about mindfulness and its benefits for your wellness and well-being? Want to learn new ways to integrate moments of presence, ease, and stillness into your life?
Mindfulness is for everyone, and when we take the time for it, it becomes easier to access. Join us for Introduction to Mindfulness where we will explore practices that you can use to create your own, sustainable mindfulness practice.
