Join us every Monday morning for a nourishing hour of connection and community to begin your week.

*We do not meet on some Mondays that are U.S. Holidays. See list below*

We typically begin with a short reading, meditate for 15 minutes, write for 5 minutes then share what we need to:

  • nourish ourselves
  • nourish others
  • nourish projects

We have guests join this deeply nourishing and grounding community from all parts of the world. Come once or often!
