Mindful Music for the Workday

About the Program

Mindful Music for the Workday is a new version of The Well's signature Mindful Music Moments program for schools.

Piloted in 2022 in partnership with OhioHealth and the Columbus Symphony, this new once-a-week version of Mindful Music combines a guided mindfulness introduction and listening prompt with 3 minutes of orchestral, jazz, world or contemporary music. An average of 5 minutes in duration, and offered in both audio and animated video format makes this practice a great way to:

  • begin a staff meeting
  • begin group work with patients, clients, or partners
  • take a personal mindful moment at your desk
  • build a routine time during the week for staff

Our Work Day portal provides:

  • 52 weeks of weekly audio and video Mindful Music Moments
  • 1 shared custom password for your entire Workplace, accessible 24/7
  • Downloadable web-app version for access on mobile devices
  • Bonus curated relaxing music playlists on YouTube and Spotify
  • Bonus mindfulness and movement video content from The Well
  • Additional partner wellness or other content that can live alongside our resources in a single portal
