The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
Mindful Music for the Workday is a new version of The Well's signature Mindful Music Moments program for schools.
Piloted in 2022 in partnership with OhioHealth and the Columbus Symphony, this new once-a-week version of Mindful Music combines a guided mindfulness introduction and listening prompt with 3 minutes of orchestral, jazz, world or contemporary music. An average of 5 minutes in duration, and offered in both audio and animated video format makes this practice a great way to:
