The Cleveland Orchestra edition Mindful Music Moments

Together with The Cleveland Orchestra, we have created a specially-curated, free 10-week playlist for the entire community. The brief musical selections, featuring the Cleveland Orchestra, are preceded by short, guided meditations designed to reconnect you with some of TCO's most beautiful performances. Each week, we feature a single piece of music with different prompts each day to deepen our appreciation of the moment and the music.

ArtsWave edition Mindful Music Moments

We are so grateful to partner with ArtsWave to bring you Mindful Music Moments each day through the end of summer, 2020.

We have created a specially-curated playlist just for subscribers to the ArtsWave edition of Mindful Music Moments. The brief musical selections, featuring the Cincinnati Symphony and the Cincinnati Opera, are preceded by short, guided meditations designed to reconnect you with the arts and nurture your spirit. In about four minutes at a time that’s convenient for you, we hope this mindful arts break, brought to you by ArtsWave, will add a little calm and light to your day. For April, you will find Mindful Poetry Moments on your playlist, our annual partnership with The On Being Project.

WGUC May Mindful Music Moments

May happened to be National Meditation month so we partnered with 90.9 WGUC to bring Mindfull Music Moments to the airwaves. Enjoy a short selection from one of our favorite composers, while taking time to breathe, center, and reset for the day, guided by Mindful Music's founder and narrator, Stacy Sims. Mindful Poetry Moments with The On Being Project

Now more than ever poetry and music can help us make sense of the world. Mindful Poetry Moments is a chance to pause and reflect on poetry’s ability to encounter ourselves, the world, and the mystery of each other.

In collaboration with The On Being Project Mindful Poetry offers five weeks of content, containing recordings of contemporary poets reading their work from On Being with Krista Tippett radio show and podcast and/or Poetry Unbound podcast. The audio will be accompanied by mindful prompts and meaning-making questions. All Mindful Poetry content is free thanks to The On Being Project and the generous donations of individuals and organizations in The Wild Geese Collective.
