Stacy Sims, Founder and Executive Director, and Kami Lerma, Director of Mind-Body Programs, are available in the New Year to inform your audiences.

These are stressful times. Mindfulness and meditation are  a daily ritual for so many, it is an estimated $500 million industry (apps alone) and is now a regular practice by top athletes, entertainers, executives, and industry titans as a way to stay balanced and a path to success.

Our younger generations  are not exempt from anxiety  and youth mental health is now a top priority of the U.S. Surgeon General. The Well, a Cincinnati-based national nonprofit brings Mindful Music Moments daily into schools to help youth and adults create space with  four minutes a day to calm their minds in preparation for learning.  The Well also supports adults with an array of virtual and in-person programs, including a new offering of Private Mindfulness sessions.

Here are a few topics and discussion points Stacy and Kami can provide expertise on:

  • Is there a difference between mindfulness and meditation?

  • How is social media impacting our wellbeing?

  • How to know if you are meditating correctly.

  • Are there other ways to be mindful without meditation?

  • Somatics is a term we keep hearing. What does it mean? How is it connected to mindfulness and meditation?

  • Build a life-changing practice in 5 minutes a day.
