Mindful Refrains: A Guided Meditation Series

The Well was excited to partner Musicians for Health on Mindful Refrains, a guided meditation series for breathing, sleeping and walking. You are invited to join meditation guide, Stacy Sims, and composer, Zac Greenberg to unwind and recenter from the comfort of your home. 

Additionally, these guided meditations will be shared with patients at UC Health through our patient wellness channel, on in-room television or on tablets and devices.
