The Wellness Garden
The Wellness Garden by resident artist Julia O. Bianco needs you. Volunteer, donate, learn with us.
Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

Personal Growth
As the summer air chills and a new school year begins, we may find ourselves settling into new routines. Let us support you in this time of transition with resources to help you settle into a new or old practice, to bring together classrooms (and families!) for a moment of mindfulness and to reimagine what gathering can look like.
Try them out, share with a friend or loved one, let us know what is working best for you!
Mindful Music for School

Whether your school is meeting in-person, remote or blended learning, Mindful Music offers art-fueled rituals for each school day. Mindful Music supports not only students but teachers and parents with access to the content beyond the classroom. Additionally, we have just added Mindful Music for Homeschool families.
