Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

We attended Sound Intersections as a family, with two children ages 9 and 11. The experience was magical and offered us a delightful intersection of storytelling, music, history, cultures, perspectives, laughter, contemplation, and appreciation. The talent in the room was gargantuan, yet it was dwarfed by humility and a palpable desire for sharing our diversity and oneness. The children were inspired and curious – adding an extra element of joy.
Thank you for transporting us to a beautiful and transformative afternoon.
Best, Sue

What a joy it was to experience this program!
If I can be truthful with you, I entered the space on Saturday with a bit of a restless and apprehensive mindset--I was feeling as if I'd overscheduled myself last weekend and wasn't sure if I'd "get" the content. But I'm so glad I came and got to be in the room for this. To a person, the artists were knowledgeable, engaging, and generous with their gifts. And the alchemy of their collective energy was, as others noted, healing in a spiritual way. Can't wait to hear the new composition.
Congratulations, and thanks again for making it possible!

The True Body workshop has been a very positive experience for me. It helped me (literally :) ) weaving puzzles and pieces of knowledge together and I therefore feel it supports me in my teaching practise. But mostly it has shown me how many of the questions and thoughts that are part of my journey aren’t mine alone, we all are in search of this deep sense of being whole, being connected. And that small things really do matter. That was a powerful realisation for me. Furthermore, Stacy did an amazing job of creating and holding a safe space for people from different backgrounds to explore, expand and experience together, and her sharing so generously has touched me deeply. I’m very grateful for this weekend, and I am looking forward to seeing you all again.
