The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
This accessible, restorative movement session blends mindful practices from yoga, Pilates, dance, and other somatic techniques to help participants stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies. Designed for all ability levels, Beyond Chair Yoga emphasizes posture awareness, gentle alignment, and supportive modifications—especially for those managing pain or mobility challenges. Leave feeling more grounded, open, and at ease in your body.
