The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
This school assembly invites students to explore the powerful connection between the arts and personal well-being. Through guided mindfulness exercises, creative expression, and interactive art experiences, students will discover how practicing mindfulness and engaging in the arts can help reduce stress, enhance focus, and boost emotional resilience.
