Mindful Music Moments

Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.

A Love-Virus Connection

The Well is super excited to welcome a new group of facilitators for the My True SELF program which combines the best of mind/body practices with art integration and SEL tactics.

One of those new facilitators and a Walnut Hills neighbor, Aria Seo, found us by simply knocking on the door to ask who we were. We felt an immediate mutual connection and mission to support mental and emotional well-being, and Aria even gifted us with this beautiful poem.

A Love-Virus Connection
by Aria Seo

When I first stepped into The Well,
I had no idea
it would mark the beginning
of a transformation in my life.

It started with an invitation—
Stacy, the founder and CEO,
welcomed me with open arms,
and so did everyone else.
Heartfelt greetings filled the room.

Hearing each person recite poetry
touched my heart deeply.
Instead of elaborate language,
they shared their lives—
woven into verse
with love and authenticity.

Their poetry wasn’t just art;
it was life itself,
expressed with heart.

After living in America
for over two decades,
The Well was the first place
that truly felt like home.
I didn’t have to worry
about my race, profession, or background—
I was welcomed simply
for being me.

Inspired by that night,
I chose to spread the love I caught from The Well—
like a joyful virus
of connection and care.

I became one of the facilitators,
and I am proud of it.
I am honored
to present The Well.
