Please be patient while we reorganize our site to help differentiate our programs.
Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
Last week, The Well took a visit to Albuquerque, New Mexico for the Look Across The Mountain Conference, an educational conference that supports teachers, parents, and students of the local Native American communities. We were honored to present a Mindful Music Moment to the entire conference featuring a new piece of music by our friend and collaborator Talon Silverhorn of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. We also led two breakout sessions focused on supporting the mental and emotional well-being of staff and students in school settings, specifically with Mindful Music Moments and personal strategies to build habits of calm and reset.
