The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
A portal to new ideas and new poetry.
Thank you to all who attended our Mindful Poetry Gathering! We listened and contemplated the poem "The Wild Iris" by Louise Glück. Writer and healing practitioner Kim Jennings opened our session with a short body-scanning meditation, inviting us to feel ourselves as a flower, and poet and longtime friend of The Well Elena Estella Green facilitated our exploration of the poem.
