Collaborations & Connections- This Fall at The Well

The Well is dedicated to providing experiential mindfulness and wellness practices in schools, arts organizations, and community programs throughout Greater Cincinnati.

This fall we collaborated with…

  • Art Academy of Cincinnati piloting a peer-led Wellness Wednesday program.
  • Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library co-designing mindfulness sessions for middle and high school students at the Covedale Branch and Delhi Township Branch.
  • Cincinnati Public Schools at Academy of World Languages and John P. Parker School for the third year to continue integrating our My True SELF (Social Emotional Learning Fun) curriculum in two after school programs.
  • Hamilton County Job and Family Services leading Job Readiness Trainings for high school students and young adults.
  • Imagine Bella School of Excellence in Cleveland, OH for the fourth year. We hired and trained a new wellness teacher that is integrated into the school day.
  • Mt. Healthy Early Learning Center leading staff professional development training and designing and implementing a calm room.
  • Mt. Healthy South designing and implementing a calm room.
  • UpSpring training a new staff member in the My True Self curriculum.
  • West Clermont Middle School leading a professional development training on wellness techniques to teachers and staff.
  • YWCA Project Care at Cincinnati Art Museum in their monthly Mind Body Art community program.
 

Did you know The Well also loves curating mindfulness experiences for businesses, conferences, and retreats throughout Cincinnati and beyond?

This fall we…

  • connected with parents and siblings of special needs children during their monthly Thrive Night at Pause for Parents.
  • promoted wellness in the workplace for staff members at Dayton Mediation Center.
  • led a group mindfulness experience to The Commission on Women & Girls.
  • taught chair yoga to 200 people at an IT conference.
  • hosted a meditation and painting session at a marketing firm.
  • curated a meditation and mindfulness practice at a women's retreat.
  • guided a meditation and painting experience for teachers and staff at a back to school retreat.
