Welcoming Rylie Boodjeh as our new Lead Mindfulness Educator with Imagine Bella Academy

As school begins rolling into the 2023-24 school year, we're happy to announce our new Lead Mindfulness Educator: Rylie Boodjeh! Rylie will be working with our partner, Imagine Bella Academy of Excellence in Euclid, OH.

Read more about Rylie below:

Rylie launched her own company, “The Spirit Teacher,” in 2021 with dreams of spreading more mindfulness, yoga, and wellness teachings to schools, businesses, and the community. She graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelors and licensure in Early Childhood Education. She believes that a strong foundation leads to more healthy and happy human experiences.

After Cleveland State, she worked in multiple Cleveland schools teaching early childhood and creating yoga clubs, gardens, cheerleading, and trauma-informed coping techniques in Calm Zones. Rylie was also a lead teacher, helping other teachers create Calm Zones within their classroom. Many teachers and students say they felt so much peace and joy entering her classroom.

Later, Rylie continued her education and graduated with her 200-hour yoga teaching training certificate with Marni Task. She has also been practicing Reiki for five years and recently advanced to a Reiki Master with Earth Angels Holistic Health Center, taught by Proprietor Aimee Jordan, in addition to Tracy Maynard. Reiki has been a powerful catalyst in her own transformation, infusing everything she does with this relaxing, peaceful energy. Reiki is an ancient Japanese relaxation technique passed down from lineages and teachers.

After many years of traditional medicines and therapies, Rylie became tired and was truly over how things have always been. Looking for a transformation, a whole body reset in a better way, she started diving into alternative and holistic practices which advanced her personal and professional growth. She is now passionate about teaching children and adults coping techniques as well as creating safe spaces where people can feel free to share their authentic selves, practicing presence, and just being in the now, not worried about the past or later. Being a leader in this age where we could all use more empowerment teachings, she is forever learning and teaching as a wellness advocate for all.

She has traveled all over the world learning from different cultures while also teaching from her heart center and a conscious mind. She is currently creating mindfulness and yoga classes in a variety of local Cleveland schools as well as with community partners in local organizations. She is happily the new Lead Mindfulness Educator at The Well supporting a partnership with Imagine Bella Academy of Excellence in Euclid, OH. She is looking forward to growing and flowing with these active and inspiring leaders.

We're incredibly excited to welcome her to the team. For more information on My True SELF — our mind-body programming for both youth and adults alike — read more here. Keep a lookout for more exciting announcements for My True SELF to come!
