Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

As Associate Director Rowe Schnure moves out of their position, The Well is excited to welcome Bryce Kessler as Program Manager for Mindful Music Moments and Kami Lerma as Program Manager for True Body Project. In these roles, they can devote time and hold space for two of The Well's signature programs. You can read their welcome statements below.
Bryce Kessler, Program Manager for Mindful Music Moments
Starting as a Summer Intern in 2021 and moving to part-time Music Coordinator last year, I'm now the full-time Program Manager for Mindful Music Moments. Born into a family of educators, I've personally experienced the impact of amazing music and arts education. I've been playing piano and cello in the area for ten years and have a deep love and appreciation for classical music. In this role, I can combine my passions for music, education, and arts administration to deepen The Well's national impact with Mindful Music Moments. I'm a proud graduate of Baldwin Wallace University's (Cleveland, OH) Arts Management & Entrepreneurship program and Princeton High School (Cincinnati, OH).
Kami Lerma, Program Manager for True Body Project
"Hello! My name is Kami Lerma, and I am happy to say that I am now on staff at The Well as the True Body Program Manager. I feel like this transition has been in the making for quite some time, and now, here we are!
I experienced True Body Leadership Training in the summer of 2019 and felt such deep respect for the work that Stacy, Founder and Director of The Well, had put into the world. It aligned with my own personal journey and my professional work as a holistic wellness coach, and I knew I wanted to support True Body Project in whatever way that I could.
In 2020, I became a Mindful Moment Trustee as a founding member of the board. I also began to bring True Body Project into the community by holding space in after-school programs and social agencies in my work with kids from elementary through high school age and by facilitating women’s groups as well.
I am excited to now be in the position to help deepen and expand the True Body Program. First on the agenda is refining our partnership with Image Bella Academy in Cleveland, OH, where the My True Self: Social-Emotional Learning Fun program is embedded throughout the school and in a dedicated mindfulness classroom space.
This work means a great deal to me and seems to be a natural progression of my career. I am excited to be a part of the growth and progression of True Body Project and to be a member of this thoughtful, effective team."
