Virtual Offerings to Move and Meditate with True Body Leaders

Our True Body Leaders have been busy pivoting to offer their mindfulness, movement and meditation offerings virtually. Now from anywhere in the world you can try something new with one of these wonderful teachers.

Yoga with Dorothy

Dorothy Blake is offering “de-Stress This Mess Yoga” Sundays 10, am PST and “Candlight Yin” Mondays, 7pm PST, via her Facebook Group, “Yoga with Dorothy”. ZOOM(ILATES) with Mary Ann of The Pilates Loft

Mary Ann Briggs, owner of The Pilates Loft in Newnan, GA, is offering pilates group and private sessions via Zoom. All ages and pilates experience are welcome. Mary Ann is offering a complimentary class of your choice when you mention The Well or True Body Project. All you need to do is, go to The Pilates Loft, fill out the contact form and make sure to mention The Well or TBP for your complimentary class. She hopes to meet you soon via ZOOM and to keep you moving to help release some tension during this “new normal” time.

Yin Yoga and Wild Card Classes with Sonya

Join Sonya Verma on Thursdays for Yin Yoga and/or Wild Card movement class offered through The Hive: A Center for Art, Action and Contemplation. (The Hive is offering free classes through their May/June Session.) Each session runs 6-weeks, but drop-ins are welcome to single movement classes. Yin yoga and Meditation happens Thursday, 2:30-3:45 and Wild Card class is Thursdays, 7-8:30.
