Seeking Youth Fellows
Get paid to map safe spaces for youth, by youth in this new initiative from The Well.
Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
A meaningful evening of delicious dinner, depth of presence, and the warmth of sharing your humanity
In a time when we are more digitally connected than ever, many of us are quietly starved for real presence. The pace of modern life has slowly eroded the spaces where genuine connection once lived—across dinner tables, in community gatherings, through unhurried conversation with neighbors and friends.
The Beauty of Presence is a dinner series designed to reclaim that space.
This Winter Edition invites you to tend your inner flame—not by doing more, but by softening into presence with yourself and others.
We’ll begin with a gentle welcome: sparkling beverages, light mingling, and intentional arrival. You’ll then be invited into a small, intimate table of 8, where one of our trained facilitators will hold space for the experience to unfold.
A single soul-centered prompt will be offered—not about current events or surface updates, but about the real, universal experiences that shape us. One by one, each guest is invited to share from the heart. You’ll have up to five uninterrupted minutes to speak, with the full presence of your tablemates holding space—no fixing, no feedback, just the radical gift of being witnessed.
Something profound happens in that space. Walls fall away. New connections form. A deeper self-understanding begins to stir. People often leave with new friendships, renewed clarity, and a quiet sense of having come home to themselves.
We’ll share a nourishing, belly-warming meal from Bridges Nepali Cuisine, and close the evening with a spontaneous, collaborative art ritual led by local artist Julie Klear Essakalli—a living expression of the energy, truth, and beauty held at each table.
Whether you come with a friend or come alone, you’ll leave feeling full—in all the best ways.
