Living in a human body is complicated. The True Body Project features simple, proven embodiment and creative practices to help us feel cohesive and connected to our selves and others.
Join The Well staff and True Body facilitators for these hour-long First Saturday sessions at The Well for an expansive experience that will meet you exactly where you are.
Each session will feature mindfulness and/or movement, writing and/or art, and plenty of time for connection.
