The Wellness Garden
The Wellness Garden by resident artist Julia O. Bianco needs you. Volunteer, donate, learn with us.
Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

***THIS TRAINING IS NOW AT CAPACITY - CHECK BACK SOON FOR THE NEXT OPPORTUNITY***
We are growing our dynamic team of mindful, somatic, expressive and healing arts educators to share the work of The Well in schools, after school programs, camps, and social agencies in support of the well-being of children and adults in those communities.
The facilitator training program is a robust, personalized training plan that will allow for confident, competent, independent facilitation of True Body Project programming and/or the My True SELF curriculum. Upon completion of training, you will become a member of the True Body team and will be eligible to accept contract placements with our community partners as a facilitator/teaching artist.
A background in education, mindfulness, somatics, expressive arts, or healing arts and/or a graduate of the True Body Project: Mindful Embodiment Masterclass is required for your consideration in the facilitator training program.
