Join us in October for a series led by Daniel Hickman on all things Enneagram!
The Enneagram is a tool for self-awareness, empathy, and growth. It teaches many lessons, such as integration of the head (thinking), the heart (feeling), and the body (action). Each one of us navigates the world by tapping into 9 archetypal sets of defense mechanisms, and the one we use the most is our Enneagram Type. Understanding each Type can help us see ourselves and those in our lives more clearly.
Each session will consist of a grounding practice (body), instruction (head), and communal discussion (heart). There will be resources to take home and the opportunity for a personal typing interview.
You are not required to attend the other sessions in order to join this one!
