Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.

City Silence is an invitation to come sit in public spaces, together, honoring connection and quiet and community.
The Well team will be holding space in Green Man Park, an early City Silence location, on Tuesdays throughout the summer of 2026.
Come sit for a few minutes or an hour. Light guidance to enjoy the silence if needed.
