Adventure & Aliveness
As late spring unfolds, the world around us is vibrant and alive — longer days, warmer air, and an invitation to step outside of routine. This circle explores how that same spirit of curiosity and aliveness can return to our own lives in midlife.
This season often stirs a quiet question within us: What would it feel like to live with a little more freedom, adventure, and joy? Not in a dramatic, life-upending way — but in the small, meaningful choices that reconnect us to what makes us feel most alive.
Together, we’ll reflect on where you may be ready for more openness, play, and possibility as the summer months approach.
