This gentle, trauma-informed class provides a supportive environment to navigate the complex emotions of grief and loss. The practice thoughtfully integrates mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and resonant sound to invite the body and mind to process and integrate experiences of sadness, change, and transition.
Grief needs motion. All expressions of loss are welcome, whether participants are carrying the weight of a loved one's death, a significant health change, a career shift, or any major life transition. No prior yoga experience or flexibility is required. All are welcome to come as they are.
