Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
She Who Stirs
March brings a quiet turning — the first hints of light, warmth, and movement. This circle honors the gentle ways energy returns, especially in a midlife body that thrives on steadiness rather than urgency.
Together, we’ll explore what’s beginning to stir within you: the ideas gaining spark, the shifts you’re ready to welcome, and the subtle momentum rising beneath the surface.
This 90-minute gathering blends breath-led movement, journaling, and community conversation to support a mindful reawakening. You’ll experience:
Gentle energizing movement to wake up your body without overwhelm
Guided writing to uncover what’s ready to grow or be expressed
Community sharing that celebrates the season of renewal
Mindfulness tools to invite sustainable, grounded momentum
A spring-inspired ritual to honor what’s awakening within you
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more energized, and connected to the parts of you ready to move into the season ahead.
