This gentle, trauma-informed class provides a supportive environment to navigate the complex emotions of grief and loss. The practice thoughtfully integrates mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and resonant sound to invite the body and mind to process and integrate experiences of sadness, change, and transition.

Grief needs motion. All expressions of loss are welcome, whether participants are carrying the weight of a loved one's death, a significant health change, a career shift, or any major life transition. No prior yoga experience or flexibility is required. All are welcome to come as they are.

This month's theme is The Practice of Self-Compassion.

  • Intention: Cultivate kindness toward ourselves, moving away from self-blame, guilt, or shame often linked to loss.
  • Focus on: Treating yourself as you would a dear friend experiencing deep pain. Our body is doing its best to hold heavy emotions.
