Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
Belonging to Yourself
February invites a softer pace — a chance to reconnect to what feels grounding and true. In midlife, belonging to yourself becomes both an anchor and a practice, especially when life feels full.
This circle is a space to return to your own rhythm. We’ll explore the places where you’ve drifted from yourself, the parts that are asking for care, and the inner steadiness that supports everything else.
This 90-minute gathering weaves together nurturing movement, reflective writing, and community support. You’ll experience:
Gentle movement to release tension and reconnect with your body’s cues
Guided reflection to strengthen self-trust and soften internal pressure
Community sharing that reminds you you’re not alone in this season
Mindfulness practices to create more spaciousness in your daily life
A grounding ritual to honor your connection to yourself
You’ll leave feeling restored, more deeply attuned to your needs, and rooted in a sense of inner belonging.
