Join The Well on the first Thursday of the month at the Cincinnati Art Museum! These free, open to the public events explore the intersection of health, wellness, and art in the beautiful CAM galleries. Each session invites a self-advocate from Project Care, a program within the YWCA Greater Cincinnati, to share about a piece in the museum that they connect with. Then, a facilitator from The Well brings the group through a mindfulness practice and opens the conversation up for a group discussion. Come for the art, stay for the community, and leave feeling a little more grounded.
