Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
The Shape of What's Next
As the calendar turns, it’s easy to feel pushed into planning, optimizing, or setting goals you don’t even want. This circle offers a quieter beginning — one grounded in presence, clarity, and the wisdom of your own body. Instead of forcing a new direction, we’ll explore what’s already taking shape beneath the surface: the ideas that feel true, the rhythms that support you, and the inner knowing that’s been waiting for space.
This 90-minute gathering blends grounding movement, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation within a supportive community of midlife women. You’ll experience:
Gentle somatic movement to settle your nervous system and create internal space
Guided writing to clarify what’s essential — and what isn’t yours to carry into the year
Community sharing that normalizes the midlife experience and deepens connection
Mindfulness practices to help you navigate your days with more calm and intention
A simple ritual to honor the shape your year is naturally taking
You’ll leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more aligned with what you actually want — not what the world says you “should” pursue.
