Tending the Ember
As the year winds down, we often feel the pressure to reinvent ourselves, set big goals, or rush into “what’s next.” This circle invites a different approach — one that honors the quiet sparks already burning within us.
Instead of chasing new beginnings, we’ll tend to what’s here: the small joys, inner whispers, creative nudges, and body wisdom that deserve warmth and attention.
What to Expect:
This 90-minute gathering weaves together gentle movement, guided writing, and meaningful conversation inside a supportive community of women. You’ll experience:

Facilitator Bio:
Hadley Corpus is a movement educator, women’s wellness guide, and former facilitator with The True Body Project. With over 13 years of experience teaching Pilates, yoga, strength, and somatic movement, she blends mindful embodiment with nervous system support to help women feel grounded, strong, and deeply connected to themselves. Hadley’s teaching is known for being approachable, thoughtful, and rooted in both science and soul — honoring the body as a place of wisdom, creativity, and healing.
