Mindful Music Moments

Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.

A Circle for Midlife Women to Reflect, Soften & Reconnect

As the year winds down, we often feel the pressure to reinvent ourselves, set big goals, or rush into “what’s next.” This circle invites a different approach — one that honors the quiet sparks already burning within us.

Instead of chasing new beginnings, we’ll tend to what’s here: the small joys, inner whispers, creative nudges, and body wisdom that deserve warmth and attention.

What to Expect:

This 90-minute gathering weaves together gentle movement, guided writing, and meaningful conversation inside a supportive community of women. You’ll experience:

  • Somatic + gentle movement to settle the nervous system and arrive in your body
  • Guided writing + reflection to uncover what’s asking to be tended, nourished, or reclaimed
  • Community sharing in a safe, grounded circle of women who “get it”
  • Nervous system support practices to bring home for the winter season
  • A ritual to honor your inner “embers” — the parts of you ready to glow more brightly

You’ll leave feeling more centered, supported, and connected — to yourself, your body, and a circle of women walking alongside you.

Registration pricing below. The Patron Ticket best honors facilitator and her time instructing; also offering — in shorter supply — Supporter & Equity Tickets for more accessible registration options.

  • Patron Ticket: $30

  • Equity Ticket: $20

Facilitator Bio:

Hadley Corpus is a movement educator, women’s wellness guide, and former facilitator with The True Body Project. With over 13 years of experience teaching Pilates, yoga, strength, and somatic movement, she blends mindful embodiment with nervous system support to help women feel grounded, strong, and deeply connected to themselves. Hadley’s teaching is known for being approachable, thoughtful, and rooted in both science and soul — honoring the body as a place of wisdom, creativity, and healing.
