Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.

Alignment and Cranial Sacral Therapy for Movement Educators
Sometimes movement isn’t enough. This is where Marcia comes in. Learning to read fascia and practice release work (without the use of devices or rollers), gaining an understanding cranial sacral rhythms and becoming confident in a self-practice, and awareness of physical patterns while teaching are tools to break repetitive patterns and restore alignment, and longevity.
Join Marcia for an introductory workshop for movement professionals on her first trip back to Cincinnati in over 20 years. Gain some insight and skills to use on yourself that will give you greater insight into your student.
About Marcia
Alignment Educator and private practitioner Marcia Polas studies bodies at work. Teaching clients to reverse and prevent repetitive pattern damage due to their daily activities, and strengthen their bodies so they can effortlessly go about their jobs pain-free. She gives her occupational athletes the tools to care for themselves and thrive.
Marcia currently works with Broadway actors, singers, dancers and every day athletes (aka all of us!) to ensure vitality, longevity and movement ease in work, play and life.
Based in NYC since 2015, she has been teaching virtually and in person worldwide for 21+ years. Marcia uses and teaches contemporary Pilates practices, myofascial therapy, cranial sacral therapy, and common sense in her work.
