Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
A weekly song circle for new mothers, mothers-to-be, and their female or gender nonconforming allies.
Tuesday | September 30, 2025 - November 04, 2025
10:00am - 11:15am
A weekly song circle for new mothers, mothers-to-be, and their female or gender-nonconforming allies. Songs for soothing, bonding, and belonging. Singing is proven to release 'happy hormones' and act as a natural anti-depressant.
Come sing with your little one in a cozy, heart-centered circle of mamas and babies. In this gentle weekly gathering, we’ll share lullabies, folk tunes, and simple songs taught by ear that nourish connection and calm. No singing experience needed, no auditions, just your voice. Mamas and female-identifying folks are welcome with or without a baby or young child.
Led by Songleader and Storyteller April Mann, this is a space for rest, rhythm, community, and song. Come as you are. Crying babies and sleepy mamas are welcome.
After we sing, we’ll share a cup of tea and time to chat!
The Patron Ticket best honors our facilitator and her time leading; also offering — in much shorter supply — Supporter & Equity Tickets for more accessible registration options.
We believe in equity and accessibility for all who need it. If you have additional questions, please reach out to patrick@thewell.world.
