Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

From Mindless Binging to Mindful Living: A Cross Cultural Cohort
NOTE - if you are trying to purchase a ticket as a resident of India, please read below.
This cross-cultural five-week series is designed to support those of us who are increasingly concerned about the addictive nature of social media and our reliance on our screens for connection and information.
Building on the work of Vipul Shaha (Mindful Being) and Anju Joy (Kazivu) in India and an early session at The Well with Stacy Sims, the intention of this pilot cohort is to come together for 5 weeks of practice and observation about our online habits.
The first session is 90 minutes and will include the science of screen/dopamine addiction and introductory practices and intentions. The remaining 4 sessions are 60 minutes. The series is accompanied by an interactive workbook.
Sessions days and times are as follows:
Thursday, February 6th: 8:30 am - 10 am EST, 7 pm to 8:30 pm Indian Standard Time
Thursday, February 13th: 9 am - 10 am EST, 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm Indian Standard Time
Thursday, February 20th: 9 am - 10 am EST, 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm Indian Standard Time
