Practice Sessions with Brooke, now in 2025!

Join us at The Well on Thursday evenings for an opportunity to collectively hit the pause button and slow the pace. All are welcome on these weekly adventures into the practice of rest, where Brooke will guide us through meditation, community sharing, and mindful movement all in a laid back environment rooted in care. In this space, all are gently guided and invited to explore a way of being that feels deeply nourishing and supportive. Together, we will REST!
Beginning Thursday, January 9th weekly until Thursday, February 27th, 5:00-6:30pm. Doors open at 5pm, community practice begins at 5:15pm.
