Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

Body-centered movement and somatic practices for all
Based on wisdom of The Well's first program, True Body Project, Soma Sundays involves movement, postural and body-first practices out of multiple traditions, but with particular emphasis on what the field now calls "Somatic" practices ... the way that you and only you have a direct and powerful relationship to the sensations of being human in YOUR body.
Every Sunday, a new practitioner will lead somatic exercises to encourage mind-body connection in order to help you survey your internal self and listen to signals from your body on pain, discomfort, or imbalance in order to allow for rebalancing and ease. Our bodies are so wise so this class will allow our somas time to reset while we peacefully observe the process and sensations of wellness.
We're looking forward to moving, breathing, and connecting with you soon.
This Sunday...
Join Suzie in an exploration in Somatic Movement for Pain & Trauma.

About the Practitioner
Suzie Nagy provides yoga, somatic energy work, & doula services. A yoga practice has been an integral part of her life, bringing mental calm and clarity, helping to manage chronic anxiety, and relieving chronic pain from a connective tissue disorder. Suzie encourages students to practice toward progress rather than perfection. She works to create a safe and supportive space where students can tune into their bodies and emotions, fully embrace their vulnerability, and let the mindfulness of practice radiate into daily life.
We'd Love to Hear from You
Many of our programs and practices started because someone reached out and expressed a need. What can we do to support you?
