Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve.
Lay back and unwind with relaxing ambient soundscapes from sound artist Jenn Howd and cellist Nora Barton designed to soothe your nervous system.
“Soft focus" will include: 30-minutes of bespoke ambient soundscapes + cello, including a brief group grounding with light facilitation. After the sounds, stick around for complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, including: tea, cucumber water, and refreshing small-batch herbal elixirs from Little Sprig.
A limited number of floor cushions will be provided, so you are welcome to bring something soft to sit or lie on. Comfy clothes encouraged.
Suggested donation $5. By donation at the event, or online here.
