Wind down Pride month with some much-needed relaxation and connection to soothe your nervous system. Enjoy gentle ambient music from Jenn Howd and Bryce Kessler and mindful guidance from Rowe Schnure, designed specifically for the LGBTQ+ community. After the music, we’ll have an optional half hour of drinks, including tea and cucumber water, along with lightly facilitated connection time. Come as you are and unwind with us.
