Louka Leppard's Water Meditation

Louka Leppard is an artist, photographer, writer and the founder of Tulamassage & Tulayoga.
His primary interests are in
proportion, line, space and form,
timing, rhythm and melody,
sensation, emotion and posture,
interpersonal dynamics and communication,
the devotional, ceremonial and meditative aspects of touch,
the release of held emotion and trauma through the release of tension in the body,
and the healing power of tenderness.

Here is what he says about this gorgeous, 20 minute poem/meditation:

This is a slow stream of words,
a meditation on the travel of water
from the stratosphere to the mountain peak,
descending into underground caves,
resurfacing in the woods,
through rain and rapids
to the slow winding,
through the estuary,
into the cold ocean depths
rising to its warm surface
and back to the sky.

Give yourself 20 minutes to relax, in a quiet place with headphones.

Enjoy the simplicity of the stream and let your mind expand out from each word.
