Map to Event

It's the legacy of colonization to be told which parts of us are valuable and which parts aren't. As a result, we start to stifle parts of ourselves that deserve to thrive.

In this space, we will take time to honor all the parts of ourselves, amplify their voices, and reclaim the power of our wholeness through creative meditation. This is a safe space designed for Black Women to express and affirm themselves fully, and without apology. Donation Based.

We use an inclusive definition of “woman” and “female” and we welcome trans women, genderqueer women, and non-binary people who are aligned with female identity.

Supplies Needed:

• Images: We'll be practicing collage style artmaking so bring images that inspire you, images of yourself, or images that resonate with you deeply.
