Meet Our Newest Member of The Well Team!

Hi folks! My name is Regina Menninger (she/her), and I am thrilled to join The Well’s Leadership team as the Social Engagement Specialist.  I will be applying my background in Social Media Management and Public Relations to create authentic and meaningful content that encourages the effort in our community to make mindfulness and wellness accessible to all and encourage support through our events and initiatives.

I’m from Northern Kentucky and have been fortunate enough to work with various arts organizations across the Greater Cincinnati area such as ArtsWave, FotoFocus Cincinnati, and the Contemporary Arts Center. 

Most recently, I was the Marketing Manager for an independent press start-up. In my free time I enjoy reading, especially historical fiction, running, and deepening my yoga practice all while consuming copious amounts of medium roast coffee and matcha. I am thrilled to begin this next journey with everyone on The Well team, and partnering with incredibly talented individuals in the arts communities to make a real impact in mindfulness to humans in schools and families everywhere.
