The Well is very excited to participate in a 7-week series "Hope, Imagination, and Remaking the World" created by the OnBeing project to begin our own mindfulness in 2025
OnBeing has provided 7 wisdom listenings by some of our wisest teachers–Adrienne maree brown, Naomi Shihab Nye, Joy Harjo, Ross Gay, Joanna Macy. They've also created printed journals with curated prompts.
We'll be using these readings and writing prompts as our weekly anchor during our regular Monday Morning Nourishment practice from January 6–February 17. All are welcome to drop-in on any of these special Mondays, AND if you would like to receive a printed journal and commit to this 7-week journey with us, please complete the address form below by December 15, 2024.

We plan to mail journals before the holidays so you receive them before our first Monday of the new year on January 6, 9am EST.
